I’m Luis G. Benitez, founder of LGB Strategic Solutions and the face behind The Business Growth Specialists. My passion for helping business owners comes from a life shaped by resilience.

I came to the U.S. as a child with my mother and sister, and we faced the challenges of a broken immigration system together.

At 18, I underwent brain surgery for Chiari Malformation, which paused my education and left me with chronic pain.

After years of working multiple jobs and struggling financially, I returned to college—on my third attempt—and graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a 4.0 GPA.

Professionally, I have over 7 years of experience in bookkeeping, financial management, and operations, especially within the construction industry.

I’ve also held management roles in both retail and restaurants, giving me a well-rounded understanding of how small businesses run.

I’m a Certified Bookkeeper, QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Xero Advisor, and an Executive Contributor for Brainz Magazine.
